Nitride bonded silicon carbide ceramic plates are manufactured by using high quality raw material and advanced technologies, it is shaped by casting with the composition of high pure SiC and Si powder, and sintered through nitrified reaction. it has stable high temperature performance, good thermal shock resistance, long service life, thin and high strength, good oxidation resistance, besides its high density and high thermal conductivity can maximized save energy.
Nitride bonded silicon carbide ceramic products has excellent oxidation resistance, resistant to corrosion and erosion by molten metals, so it can be used in direct contact with molten aluminium, zinc, copper, etc.
